This role is based in our Christchurch Support Office, where you will form part of the team supporting our 15 branches and customers nationwide.

The role: 

Working in our Customer Support Centre, you will help our customers by identifying and sourcing parts for their machinery and equipment, including processing orders, tracking freight, offering alternative solutions and advising of promotions.  As you will be using several different systems and resources your technical/computer skills will be top notch. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience in parts or sales within our, or a related, industry is preferrable
• Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written 
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively 
• To be self-managing with a hunger to learn
• To be passionate about providing outstanding customer service
